Use the content type Story to report anything which sounds like a newsflash. The story header will appear in our news feed and also in Twitter and LinkedIn. This is good to give visibility to activities that can be filed under dissemination, e.g. attending a conference, holding bilateral meetings, and being interviewed. It can also call attention if you are planning to travel to some meeting and want to inform our user community on where to find you, so announce your talks by posting a Story ahead of schedule.
It is easy to post snapshots to the MOLTO Twitter feed: just send email to moltoproject.8917@twitpic.com with as Subject the description you'd like to add. (TIP: add this email into your phone's address book as TwitPic) Done.
To submit a deliverable you need to have access to the biblio and to the administrative type for deliverables (site leaders and work-package leaders).
In general your deliverable will be a PDF (even if it is a prototype, it must be accompanied by a cover document) with the cover page conforming the MOLTO style, including logo and summary table for the metadata.
Create a biblio item of type deliverable, the more information you enter, the better the search engines will be able to index and retrieve your work. Attach the PDF to the item.
