NPLD is not a political party, or is it?

I just learned about NPLD, http://www.npld.org, the Network to Promote Linguistic Diversity. NPLD is a pan-European network comprising of governmental organisations, universities, associations and NGO’s all working in the field of language policy and planning for Constitutional, Regional and Small-State Languages (CRSS) across Europe. MOLTO's work contributes to the aims of this network: to raise awareness at a European level on the positive aspects of linguistic diversity and to exchange best practices among the policy makers, practitioners, researchers and experts from all over Europe. Their very interesting pointer to language diversity http://languageknowledge.eu.
