  • D4.2 Data Models, Alignment Methodology, Tools and Documentation 1 May, 2011 Public Regular Publication: MC will try to update version currently under publication and send link to OC
  • D2.2 Grammar IDE 1 September, 2011 Public Prototype: AR and TH will take care within 2 weeks to format document to a deliverable and prototype is available. Check if it is linked. LC: what about the unfinished topics in D2.1? AR will look into that.
  • D3.1 MOLTO translation tools API 1 September, 2011 Public Prototype: LC it is partly finished, estimate 2 weeks.
  • D4.3 Grammar-Ontology Interoperability 1 September, 2011 Public Prototype: MC will be done in a couple of weeks. Adds experiments with bigger DB and refactoring, improves translation of results to NL rendering.
  • D5.1 Description of the final collection of corpora 1 September, 2011 Public Regular Publication: CE next week a version with MAREC corpus, eventually to be updated later if corpus changes.
  • D6.1 Simple drill grammar library 1 September, 2011 Public Prototype Math Exercises Library: JS there are 2 docs already online, will freeze a svn version to be delivered.
  • D7.1 Patent MT and Retrieval Prototype Beta 1 September, 2011 Public Prototype: moved to 1 Dec. 2011.
  • D8.1 Ontology and corpus study of the cultural heritage domain 1 September, 2011 Public Other: a report, an ontology with documentation. DD to discuss with MC and Ontotext on how to proceed.
  • D1.4 Periodic management report 3 1 October, 2011 Consortium Report: OC will figure out the co-ed platform.
• Changes in workplan? and person-months shifts? JS would like to see whether AceWiki from UZH could be used. If so, D6.3 will be delayed to M33, and WP6 and WP12 will have some overlap.
• Personnel hiring? UGOT has JohnJC for 1 year on project assistant position, Ontotext has MC and (Mariana), UHEL has CL, and difficulty in hiring new employees with right competences. UPC has hired AR for 6 months for WP6.
• Other:
  • OC to upload the DoW enlarged EU draft for the Consortium.
  • OC to check permissions for MBG and CE
  • 4th meeting in 2nd week of March 2012, will be fixed when UZH enters project
