GlobalSight to handle the management. Has many different editors.
Should be easy to switch between editors: if document has parts in controlled language, use MOLTO editor. If free text, use a TM based editor.
Discussed use of OWL vs RDF
ontology verbalization discussed
There is an ACE plugin to Protégé, use ACE to describe an ontology
layer between ontology and verbalization; bridge ontology from OWL triple into a verbalizable ontology (=that already has a mapping to GF grammar)
-> next time you get a new ontology, just map it onto the ontology that has GF mapping
Not a main priority in MOLTO to solve ontology verbalization problem.
Back to business:
Integrating the translation editor with TermFactory. We want to get terms and translations from there.
Translation being done in Krasimir's editor, with term tab, where you can search for terms from TF (reliable) or FactForge (less reliable). Also possible to submit new terms to TF via term tab.
Translation editor with GF
todo: robust parsing & extending lexicon on the fly
TF with GF
TF provides terms with enough grammatical information -> can be added to GF grammar
